Her methodology is rooted in structure, accountability, and disciplined execution, ensuring each project delivers both architectural elegance and engineering integrity.<br>Lila’s professional background includes leadership and advisory roles across large-scale construction and international development projects throughout the United States, Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean. She has successfully managed cross-functional teams, operational systems, and multimillion-dollar initiatives within dynamic and high-demand environments. With more than a decade in the pool construction industry, Fabricio has built a career defined by precision and high-stakes execution across South Florida's most demanding commercial and luxury residential aquatic projects. As Director of Field Operations, he brings end-to-end expertise — from pre-construction consultation through structural coordination to final interior finishes — earned on signature builds including Pier 66 and Fendi Château Residences. Specializing in large-scale commercial pools, resort-style amenities, and high-end residential pools and spas, Fabricio delivers turnkey aquatic solutions from concept to completion. Now expanding beyond U.S. borders, Fabricio brings world-class pool construction consultancy to an international stage.
